1. Event Overview & Booth Information
G-round ART FAIR 2026 will be held for 4 days from September 17 (Thu) to September 20 (Sun), 2026 at Songdo Convensia.
The standard booth size is 3m (W) × 3m (D) × 3m (H). Booth placement is determined according to the organizer's layout plan.
The contract becomes legally binding when you review the terms on the online application page, check the "I agree" box, and complete your application. Online consent records are considered valid contract evidence without separate written signatures.
2. Artwork Sales & Revenue Distribution
All artwork sales are processed through the organizer's official payment system. Sales proceeds will be paid to your designated bank account within 7 business days after the event ends.
3. Organizer Support Services
The organizer provides the following complimentary services for your successful exhibition and sales: • G-round ART FAIR official artwork certificate issuance • Individual name tags for pre-registered exhibition works • Official 'SOLD' stickers for sold artworks • One official exhibition catalog per booth • Free packaging support for artworks sold on-site • Block sales marketing and promotion support for every 10 booths
4. Artist Obligations
Artists are expected to diligently manage their booth during the exhibition period and courteously attend to visitors. Additionally, all exhibited works must be original creations that do not infringe on others' copyrights, and artists bear legal responsibility for any related issues.
